He was born on February 17, 1980 in Antalya. He started wrestling sport with his father’s request when he was 13 years old. He began his wrestling career with Freestyle wrestling. He graduated from Gazi University, Phsycal Education and Sports Academy as gym teacher.
He got second place at 120 kg weight category in Turkey Wrestling Competition which he participated in 2012. Because of the injuries, he had kept away from wrestling for two years.
Osman Aynur, 110 kilos in weight and 1.90 cm in length, got third place at Deck Small category in Kırkpınar Oil Wrestling of 1999 year as a beginning. He won first place at Deck Big category in 2000, second place at Small Middle Big category in 2001, first place at Big Middle category in 2002 and third place at Steerage category in 2003. In Head Wrestler competitions, he became Head Wrestler (Başpehlivan) of 2006 year. He got third place at Head category in 2007 and 2008 years.
In 654. Kırkpınar Oil Wrestling of 2015, he wrestled with Orhan Okulu at final competition. He got second place at Head category because of being defeated by Orhan Okulu.
